Dr Tsoi is a very caring and understanding doctor. He listen to what I have to said about my condition. He gives me good advice on how to carry myself to minimize and control my pain. He is quite professional in all his procedures and medications given. I commend him and his staff for the Excellent care that they all give. I would definitely recommend coming here for treatment .
