How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kovalovich?
Dr. Kovalovich is an excellent Dr & I highly recommend him. However, his office staff is another story. They are rude & it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment. I called them for nearly two weeks, left messages & sent emails and no one from that office would return my call. I finally went to the office to find out why they would not respond. They told me I was never seen there,(I’ve been going there for years ), even face to face with them they told me they were booking 4 to 5 months out & I could not be seen & I should just go to my family Dr. The office nurse was asked to come out & speak to me but she did not even have the courtesy to come out to see me. Their PR is unacceptable & the staff is rude & uncaring. Excellent Dr but the staff is pathetic. What is so difficult about the courtesy of a return phone call. I am a retired office nurse & would never ignore a patient who was calling for assistance.
