How likely are you to recommend Dr. Woods?
Dr Woods would most likely be a great surgeon. Before you go too far with his help make sure your insurance not only covers him but also covers his facility! My surgery had been scheduled and twice there were insurance issues; once wrong coding which was corrected then was told surgery was approved to only find out a day or two later my insurance would not cover his facility to have the surgery done.... I think we as patients are supposed to get all the info ourselves ahead of going to surgeons.....I have contacted my insurance company and let them know they need to state on the patients coverage website the info of doctor only covered and not his facility.
