Patient Reviews
Mar 09, 2021
I feel that Dr Ugarte is a very qualified doctor. He values test results and data and won't hesitate to refer to specialists when required. His performance is more than satisfactory. Negative reviews about office staff or office processes should be entered for Rivers Family Medicine, not Dr Ugarte.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
