I am a physician and he has been my primary Dr. for > 25 years and he has done an excellent job. I am now 90 years old and and a lot of the reason I'm still around is because of Drl Kagan.. He not only has priviided excellent care he has a pleasant friendly personality which makes communicasting with him easier. When I was pracicing surgery, I always tried to get him in consultation when I had s surgical pastient who ha dseriosu medicla problesm and wlel and I needed interanlal medical consultaition for my parients and he always came through hellping me keep high risk patients survive difficult surigical problems i.e. a vesry elderly chroncially ill patient with a bleeding duodenal ulcer etc. Warren Nickrson MD retired surgeon and wound care MD
