How likely are you to recommend Dr. Decker?
My family have gone to Dr. Decker for years. I was due for an eye exam in March but due to the pandemic I was reluctant to go into the office. After pushing the appointment out several times I did go into the office today. I have to say it was a wonderful experience with Dr. Yang and all the staff. The Doctor explained all their protocol to me and I felt so very safe. Dr. Yang is wonderful in explaining my medical issues and answering all my questions. Jennifer was wonderful explaining their protocol as well. Andy is always so pleasant and knowledgeable and makes one feel at ease. I give 5 stars to San Jose Eye Institute for having such wonderful Doctors, staff and an exceptionally clean office!!!I'am so happy I went forward with the appointment and felt very safe during this covid time!! Thank you San Jose Eye Institute for your service, cleanliness, and consideration for your patients. Denise R
