How likely are you to recommend Dr. Russo?
After my previous gynecologist cancelled my appointment with less than 24-hours notice 3 times in a row, I decided to find a new one. My insurance (Blue Shield PPO) recommended Dr. Russo and I'm glad they did! The office was lovely - modern & recently renovated. The exam rooms are very large. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially her nurse, Claudia. Wait to was short. The doctor herself had clearly spent time reviewing my information packet before she came in to meet with me. She already knew where I lived, what I did for a living and my past gynecological history. Very impressive! She spent time speaking with me, asked what my needs/concerns were, shared her medical opinions with me, and was very personable & caring. I did not feel rushed in any way. Also, unlike what another review had posted here, I need to lose some weight due to post menopausal weight-gain and she did NOT body shame me in ANY way. In fact, she told me not to be so hard on myself. Dr. Russo is great!
