Doctor Moore I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the years of excellence medical service that you have provided me. I have relocated to a little ranch north of Centerville Texas. I am in the process of obtaining a doctor in this area. I believe I found one whom I can put my trust in, Doctor Joseph Berger, Freestone Health Clinic Fairfield Texas . Again I would like to thank you, if you are in my area please feel free to stop by for a visit, coffee on, ice tea is cold.
