How likely are you to recommend Dr. Dressler?
I saw Dr Dressler in Jan 2017. I had never heard of him before. He said the wrist is obviously broken and I had displaced breaks of the ulna and radius just below the wrist joint. There was a fair amount of pain, but he injected a lot of numbing medicine right into the breaks of the bones and the pain went away completely in a few minutes. With a lot of pulling, twisting and bending he was able to put the bones back into position. I felt hardly no pain in the wrist during that. He splinted me up and found an Orthopedic Surgeon in Charleston that could see me the next day. The bone doc said that the broken bones were perfectly aligned. All I needed was a regular cast in a few days, physical therapy at some point and time. It is now Nov 2021, and my broken wrist is painless and as normal as the other wrist thanks to both doctors. I found out Dr Dressler was from Oklahoma, he was there only for a few days helping with an ER doc shortage. Lucky for me he was there. Wish I had more space.
