How likely are you to recommend Dr. Gradner?
I have been a patient for many years. Even through patient loads for doctors are heavier than ever this office treats me very kindly and knows who I am. Every health issue I have had has been addressed quickly and with care by Dr Gradner and her staff. Dr Gradner has been a stalwart advocate for my health and well being. She explains conditions, medications and always offers great solutions and alternatives in the most supportive way possible. Her observations and diagnoses are always SPOT ON. Med refills are done very quickly and they are good with follow up for more complicated issues. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. Nursing staff is kind, professional and extremely good at their jobs, and this is very apparent. Staff retention is high, which is the sign of a healthy office. Front office staff are extremely busy but always take the time tomake sure the job is done right and answer any questions I may have. If I could give 100 stars I would.
