Patient Reviews

After being told that I couldn't see 'my' dermatologist for at least a year to diagnose a suspicious (to me) new growth on my back, I was referred to Dr. Wolverton by another physician. His practice was able to find a slot two days later. The growth was benign but the interaction with Dr. Wolverton and his resident was as thorough as if I did have a serious condition.Dr. Wolverton is, IMHO, everything every physician ought to be: pleasant, informative, willing to take the time to answer questions and explain what he was going to include in the examination. I've had multiple dermatologic exams over a long lifetime, and this was by far the best ever. I was not rushed in and out; and there was absolutely nothing cursory about the exam. Best of all, after reassuring me that the suspicious growth was not something I needed to worry about he said he would like to see me again in a year. I made the appointment as I checked out. From start to finish this was a pleasant experience.
