Dr. Lowe is not just a professional but an actual Dr. who has a lot of Heart and Compassion for others. He takes his time explaining everything to you. Gives you lots of options and doesn't just recommend surgery until it is time for Surgery. He isn't a pushy Dr. and let's you decide what care you want.
