How likely are you to recommend Dr. Wilson?
How anyone in their right mind could say anything derogatory is beyond me. If he doesn't look at you, it's because he is entering pertinent findings on his computer. This is accurate, sometimes critical data he needs for his review (later in the day) or to familiarize himself with your case upon your next visit. Other doctors think that they can recall all the intricate details, weeks or months later upon your next visit. Impossible. With his decades of experience, he can sum up vast amounts of material before the exam has begun. If you have the audacity or are ignorant enough to think you know which tests or treatment you need, I strongly suggest you get certified in cardiology , infectious diseases , medical oncology and probably 19 subspecialties. Not to mention over 20 years of practicing, that's exactly what I would do. Wishing you the best!
