How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chuang?
I’ve been a patient of Dr Chuang for over 3 years and his care, concern and thoroughness has not changed. He listens then shares what he believes could be occurring and then makes a recommendation and provides his honest opinion when asked. As a cancer patient this is huge because it eliminates the need for me to have to advocate for myself as the patient. Trust me, constant advocating gets frustrating. Dr Chuang outweighs all options and then supports your next steps. He explains things so thoroughly, I never leave confused. I walk out knowing there’s a plan and I’m in good hands. From itchy ears and tonsil stones to tinnitus and TMD related ear pain, Dr. Chung has helped me with all! I have great confidence in this practice also, because their physician referral sheet has 5 doctors I’ve been seeing for years who are outstanding. That has definitely solidified my confidence in the care I receive here.
