Patient Reviews
Jun 23, 2020
Dr. Callis was my vascular doctor for about 15 years. I suffered a Subarachnoid Brain Hemorrhage while visiting my former NY home town on 8/11/2001. During the search for the leaking blood vessel in my head, my right carotid artery suffered a dissection. (An instrument scrapped the wall and left a deposit inside my right carotid artery; resulting in a thin spot in the wall and an obstruction inside the artery. ) Upon recovering, I traveled back to SML and Dr Callis became my vascular doctor to monitor the obstruction and thin spot in my right carotid artery. I have nothing but the highest respect for how he monitored the obstruction & thin wall over the next 15 years. I would trust him with my life again...if needed.
