Dr Shim is the epitome of what superior healthcare is all about! She was my 4 kids' pediatrician for nearly 2 decades! She is always responsive, knowlegable and proactive about any concern I ever had. I'm saddened that 2 of my kids are now over 18.Not only do I highly recommend her, but I suggest Kaiser uses her to train their other doctors about exceptional customer service.
