I was hit by a motorbike while working in Milan and fractured the right side of my face. Three titanium plates later and 12 days post surgery, you wouldn’t know it despite minor bruising/swelling that is disappearing by the day. Dr. Sturman talked me through safely flying home despite an orbital blowout, zygomaxillary and temporal fracture when every other doctor told me it wouldn’t be safe. When I arrived home, he called me every single day to see how I was and had every pre-surgical test completed the day after my plane landed. If you’re looking for a talented, intelligent and compassionate maxillofacial surgeon, look no further. He is absolutely amazing.
