How likely are you to recommend Dr. Gopal?
We first met Dr. Gopal over 17 years ago when she made a needed opening when no one else on our participating provider list would. Dr. Gopal is how doctors used to (and should) be, a one-woman operation, not beholden to a corporation. She is interested in you, and not afraid (nor too proud) to ask 'Mom' or wife 'Help me out; what do YOU think?' and listens to your observations because you there, day to day, with the patient. Dr. Gopal has an easy smile, a relaxed manner, treats you with dignity and follows up with calls when necessary. Her staff are also top-notch. When you call for medications to be renewed, you don't have to check behind them for days. If you have a question and they don't know they will ask the doctor and return your call if she isn't available. They smile, are encouraging, unhurried and treat you like a unique person with a specific need. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Gopal and her office.
