Dr. Houston and his team helped me lose 28 pounds in 3 months using their vitamins, protein bars, snacks and meals. My weekly check-in's were easy and a great way to stay accountable. I went from 230 to 202 and learned how to keep the weight off. I would recommend Dr. Houston to anyone looking for a safe solution to losing weight.
