How likely are you to recommend Dr. Botero?
I’m a 35+ year experienced RN In Jan 2023 I had traditional knee surgery by an excellent surgeon at nationally recognized hospital. The only problem was that he did it the old way. Most people trust nurses and ask who we recommend. I am telling you that Dr Botero is who you need to see for a minimally invasive technique for your knee replacement. It’s the difference between day and night! Old surgery is extremely painful for first 2-3 weeks even with strong narcotics. The incision is longer and at 3 weeks out, I was only at 76 degrees, using walker, being driven to PT because of severe muscle spasms and pain medication. In July 2023, Dr Botero performed surgery on my other knee. Just 3 days later, I was at 102 degrees. I was off mild pain meds and driving after 1st week. The 2nd week I didn’t need a walker, knee was completely straight and at 3 weeks it was 110 degrees. This surgery was closest thing to a miracle on earth that I’ve experienced. He’struly a miracle worker!
