Patient Reviews

For the first time in my life it was time to see a Cardiologist. I have nothing but absolute GREAT things to say about Dr. Heather Franke. First of all, after setting up my first appointment, I was so anxious to see her and it felt like I couldn't get in there fast enough. I messaged her on "My Beaumont Chart" and she answered me quickly without even meeting me yet. I was so surprised and relieved at the same time. Once I got to my appointment she could see that I was very interested in knowing and understanding the fine details of all my tests I just had done before meeting her. She took her time with breaking everything down to me. Dr. Franke was very thorough, patient, kind, sweet and understanding. She is hands down the best Doctor I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Cardiologist. We need more doctors like her! Thank you for your patience and reassurance Dr. Heather Franke!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
