Patient Reviews
Jul 12, 2024
Dr Gagnon came into the exam room with a page FULL of notes about my condition. I have a benign brain tumor which is basically inoperable but is putting pressure on my auditory nerve causing worsened tinnitus and hearing loss in addition to constant varying degrees of dizziness. Dr Gagnon did an exam, asked questions and listened to my answers. He answered each of my questions and my husband's with clear and understandable responses. We felt no pressure to make a decision about treatment but did feel his true concern and care for me. At no time did he 'talk down' to us nor did he try to impress us with big words and medical terms we did not understand. When he left us, we were informed with all information needed to make a decision about my treatment. We are thankful he is in Frederick.
