How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chavin?
Dr. Is great, the Nurse practitioner Nicole is great. Receptionist are rude. On the phone and in person. 3 of them. I wS barely greeted. Not a smile on any of them. Ur front desk sets the tone 4 ur office. I worked at a OB GYN office on Chicago for 28 years. The front desk can make or break an office.
