How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kay?
What a very easy to schedule appt. I have had a nightmare with a recently retired doctor in Poughkeepsie . Dr. Kay and Cindy were very helpful and interested in the reason for my visit and the proper course of action for treatment. I have already referred a couple of my friends to his facility.
