Dr Williams is just the kind of doctor that I was looking for to help me with my shoulder issues. I had tourn rotator cuffs and arthritis. He did a total reverse replacement. I had very minimal pain and a quick recovery which was essentially PT to stretch & strengthen my muscles. He manner is direct but very caring. He thoroughly explained every thing, taking as much time as I needed with my concerns. I highly recommend Dr Williams.
