How likely are you to recommend Dr. Yanik Jr?
I went to this office after I had sudden eye pain in one eye that made me unable to function normally. I went to a nearby urgent care and the dr there said I needed to see an eye dr bc she couldnt help me. I was worried bc my husband was out of town and I had 6 children including an infant to care for. I called the office and described what had happened and they said I could come in that afternoon. I got a ride and although I did wait for a while, I was thankful that they fit me in. Dr. Yanik wasted no time diagnosing my corneal ulcer and sending my prescription to be filled. He impressed on me the importance of following the instructions precisely (meaning I would have to use the 2 types of eye drops every hour even throughout the night, setting an alarm to wake myself) and that if the pain was not significantly better in the morning than I was to call as soon as the office opened to be checked. Thankfully it was much better and continued to heal over the next several days.
