Patient Reviews

Dr. Penn has been our pediatrician for 15 plus years. He is kind, intelligent and professional and always takes time to make sure my children understand what is going to take place and why. He makes himself available during crises and it's easy to make contact with him if something extraordinary occurs. I would not hesitate and do not hesitate to always make a positive referral to this physician and feel fortunate that he has been a part of keeping our family health.
