How likely are you to recommend Dr. Lum?
I have been a patient of Dr Lum for many decades until I moved down to Florida. . My husband and two adult children were also his patients. He was a thorough and very knowledgeable and approachable doctor. I never felt rushed when I came for my appointments. He answered and explained everything as asked. He took good care of my entire family as well! Making appointments was a breeze. Helen was very efficient. Office waits improved as the years went by. I was saddened when my son was canceled as a patient, due to infrequent visits and or annual visit. All in all, he is a good caring doctor! He and Helen made a great team !
