Patient Reviews

Dr. Giesel did anesthesia for a relative's heart surgeries and 2 friends' surgeries for other problems. He and Dr. Polensky were a great team. We requested Dr. Gieszl for our friends emergencies and he came in even though he was not on call. Nurses said "he's the best." Spent time with us before and after each surgery and made the medicine simple for us. So calm and very kind in these life threatening situations. Mary A.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
