How likely are you to recommend Dr. Lo?
There is a front desk assistant, a young man who speaks Cantonese has a major attitude problem. It's a shame because Dr. Lo is an excellent doctor and the rest of the assistants are very helpful as well. I kind of hesitate to visit Dr. Lo again in the future, it is only because of that front desk person. Gosh, that visit was such a nightmare!!
