How likely are you to recommend Dr. Lambert Smith?
Operative words were "professional, comfortable, at ease, understandable," with a bit of humor thrown in on a serious subject. Included were her team, so you knew it wasn't just one person in on the "show." At half my age, I knew who the quarterback was going to be, did my due background check, and from my past experience with your services had little reservations to begin with. So, it was a slam dunk going in; it was hers to lose, and she easily won with her professionalism and approach in quickly sizing up the customer, in this case patient.
