How likely are you to recommend Dr. Winograd?
I was seen by Dr. Winograd after a MVC,which resulted in a fractured T7 vert. When I saw him in the ER he was wearing an Ironman competition t-shirt. I knew he was my guy because I have run 10 marathons and more than 100 other races and 35 Peachtree road races in a row. I told him that I was planning on running #36,and he said he would get me there. His care was straightforward and honest always. I ran the Peachtree road race almost 1 year after my accident, and have continued to improve by hiking in the mountains. I can't thank him enough for what he has given me back, because at 61 and never having 1 surgery in my life, I was scared. I would highly recommend him with anything spine related and am planning on going back for a recheck, because Today is 1 year from the date of my surgery and I'm doing great. I can still feel the rods and screws on cold or rainy days but that's not due to anything related to his care. If you have a spine related issue, find Dr. Evan Winograd ASAP.
