How likely are you to recommend Dr. Wright?
My grand daughter was diagnosed with a diffuse midline glioma, a very aggressive tumor in the brain stem. Dr. Wright was her oncologist. She recommended the course of treatment for my grand daughter. At the beginning, she was appropriately optimistic that the course of treatment she recommended might improve my grand daughter's condition. My grand daughter's condition continued to worsen, though, and the tumor ended up being terminal. I was present when our family had discussions to end my grand daughter's treatment plan and place her in hospice. Dr. Wright and her team spent as much time as necessary with us discussing her condition and the options that we had. She answered every question we had very thoughtfully. and her compassion and caring for my grand daughter's condition was clearly evident. I would recommend Dr. Wright to any parent whose child is suffering from the unfortunate condition of pediatric cancer. She is competent, kind, caring and compassionate.
