How likely are you to recommend Dr. Putnoi?
Wonderful experience with Putnoi Eye Care Dear Dr. Putnoi, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by you and your staff. Your professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Thank you for all that you do. After Dr. Richard Domfeld retired from Boston Eye Institute, he recommended that I start going to Putnoi Eye Care. From the moment I became a patient, Dr. Putnoi and his staff made me feel like a welcomed member of their extended family. I have been seeing Dr. Putnoi for about three years now, and I must say that he is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of consulting with. The only other doctor who comes close is Dr. Richard Domfeld. From day one Dr Putnoi is very patient, friendly, caring, professional and a good listener. He answers all my questions and addresses my concerns every office visit. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with cataracts and glaucoma. I recently underwent cataract removal surgeries on May 3 and 11, 2023. My eye pressure returned to normal following the cataract surgery. I am extremely satisfied with the services of Dr. Putnoi whom we selected for the procedure. He provided me with a thorough explanation of the process beforehand. The surgeries were effortless and painless, and I am overjoyed with the outcomes. I feel grateful to have had Dr. Putnoi as my eye surgeon. Dr. Putnoi, who is truly exceptional. His expertise, professionalism, and approachable demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Most impressive was the personalized care he provided, which surpassed all expectations. He is truly a “Gem in the Field of Eye Surgery”. Dr. Eric Putnoi, I would like to compliment you and your staff for making my cataract surgery a positive experience. I especially like how cheerfully and professionally I was treated from the first time I walked in the door at SUGISITE BOSTON, 1440 Main Street Waltham MA. All phases of the surgery were carefully explained to me, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Putnoi and the entire staff at Putnoi Eyes Care are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Putnoi, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Even after both surgeries, Dr. Putnoi's staff went above and beyond by calling to check on my well-being. I was truly impressed by their level of care and dedication. The waiting area and exam rooms looked clean, tidy, comfortable, and modern. I saw technicians disinfecting seats and equipment before and after patients. The staff was very friendly and professional and the tech who helped me did a great job of taking scans and measurements of my eye and explaining the procedure. Your equipment is state-of-the-art. Your staff is alert, friendly, and meticulous. Follow-up appointments are an essential part of the recovery process and are made easy for your convenience. Two offices are located in: Putnoi Eye Care Wellesley Hills Office, 1 Washington Street, Suite 304 Wellesley Hills, MA 02481 / 20 Hope Ave, Waltham, MA 02453 to ensure accessibility and provide helpful support.
