Patient Reviews
Apr 21, 2024
In 2022 I turned to Dr. Enrique R Perez after significant hearing loss in one of my ears. Dr. Ferez's diagnosis: 'likely otosclerosis' and he recommended surgery, rather than a hearing aid. He explained to me that the success rate of the surgery is very high and all the surgeries he performed were successful. But then I was very afraid of surgery. 2024 So I went to Dr. Ferez again, I did tests again and again he recommended surgery, and this time I decided to go for it. I have only met Dr. Ferez twice so far, he was nice, patient, explained the problem to me, answered my questions and I felt quite safe with him And I can trust him and he is professional.all the entire staff at Mount Sinai Hospital at 5 East 98th St were excellent, the wait time was zero, wait time for hearing tests, to the end. Dr. Perez. He assured me that it was the right thing to do and I feel that I trust him. I will update after the surgery. Thanks to Dr. Ferez and the whole team love and peaceS. Pikado
