Dr H. Examined me very promptly after I arrived in the ER and ordered appropriate medical tests: EKG, Vein Scan etc pre surgery. I appreciate her checking me quickly and explaining the situation. As a retired ICU,ER registered nurse, her care n contacting a surgeon in a timely fashion was well orchestrated. I was off to the operating room w successful appendectomy . Thanks for her introducing herself and eye contact, like I was a real person.
