Patient Reviews
Feb 28, 2024
After well over a year of zero answers from other doctors with felt like zero game plan and just throwing new medications at me, week or more long response rates to urgent questions. Then I met with Dr Chen as my new epilepsy doctor, he had a game plan almost immediately that didn’t involve just trying more and more meds but to actually try to find a life changing solution, he listens well, he is extremely smart, makes things easy to understand and on top of that he replies to me almost IMMEDIATELY! Which I feel ls very uncommon in the medical field. I am relatively a new patient to him but he has already improved my livelyhood and has gave me answers that nobody else has been able too.Highly recommend!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
