How likely are you to recommend Dr. Rusia?
I came to the office as an emergency patient. I had a retinal detachment that had been misdiagnosed for several months, and scarring had developed. The consulting doctor told me that my vision loss could likely be stopped, but vision improvement would be unlikely because of the circumstances. I was scheduled for urgent surgery. Enter Dr. Rusia. Dr. Rusia was calm, and he expertly executed the procedures necessary to put my eye back together. Eye doctors and surgeons I have seen since then have complemented his work, and they have told me my retina looks strong. My vision is now 20/20 without correction, and I will forever be grateful that of all the doctors in the world, I am a patient of Dr. Rusia.
