Dr. Schanzlin performed lasik eye surgery for me in January of 2001. I have Kaiser insurance and now seeing a Kaiser ophthalmologist. He seems to be confused about the status of my lasik surgery. I need to get my records. Is it still possible to get those records? Thank you, Dian Self dianself@hotmail.com 858-395-4285
