I scheduled an appointment for my husband (in his 80s) because he was having occasional dizziness. We wanted to rule out neurological issues. I read the negative reviews but did not let them deter us.Although the office staff was busy and focused on their work, I did not find them unfriendly or rude. The wait was not long.Dr. Malka was a good listener and asked questions. We did not feel rushed. He sent in an assistant to take both a laying down and standing blood pressure reading. He suggested his office schedule a head MRI to rule out any neurological cause for balance problems. We are satisfied with the care received during this initial appointment.
