Patient Reviews
Nov 13, 2019
Dr. Durussell provided accurate and clear information as to the procedure he would be performing, both in office prior to the scheduled surgery date, as well as in the operating theater just prior to the procedure. He was very reassuring as well as professional. I became nervous just before the surgery and he offered, without any sign of irritation, to cancel the procedure at that very moment if I was not comfortable having it done at that time. His genuine caring behavior reassured me and calmed me. I was not coerced in any way to continue with the procedure, even though I was completely prepped and he was ready, with a completely assembled surgical team, to preform the surgery. I am very impressed with his professional demeanor along with his serene and assuring "bedside" manner. I recommend him very highly.
