I took my time making this decision. I read books about the mind-gut connection, spoke to Dr Brown at length. I wasn’t a big eater, so why would this work for me? There was a lot more going on in my body than eating that was keeping me from losing weight.I finally felt heard by a medical professional that confirmed what I believed might be wrong with me. I’m over a year out, lost more weight than I expected to, have never felt better in my entire life. The weight loss is a bonus, what changed for me was truly the mind gut connection. I’m 62 years old and getting a second life to live. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and Dr Brown at Idaho BMI. Thank you!!! ME
