How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chen?
I have had many problems over the years with my teeth. Unfortunately, I have had some very painful procedures and was very apprehensive when I met with Dr. Chen. His office staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and understanding with me regarding my fear of procedures. Dr. Chen spent all the time I needed to know how he could work with me on either getting root canals or new implants especially where I had one old root canal that was failing. Dr. Chen is also experienced in sedation techniques especially if you don't want to spend hours awake in the chair. I couldn't be happier with the results and care I have gotten from his office. Also, they worked with me on getting my insurance to pay the maximum for each procedure so I didn't have to come up with a lot of out of pocket if they could help. Definitely would recommend this office even if you are having a simple procedure or one that is more complex like my dental implants and root canals.
