Patient Reviews
Feb 10, 2024
Dr. Hayes was a relief after an unfavorable visit with my PCP. I had to wait a few months for my appointment with her. To my surprise I actually teared up when I first saw her because I was relieved that she looked like me. At this point representation is vital to me and my healthcare. Given my emotional expression she showed care and concern. Before the examination she asked me a series of relevant questions. During the exam she was gentle and communicated each step she took in the process. After the exam she was very clear when explaining her findings and did not rush when informing me of the remedies and the expected outcome. I left the exam relieved that my diagnosis was treatable, that my doctor listened and took care of my needs. My only request is that she upload a photo of herself. We need to see you.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
