Patient Reviews
Oct 22, 2023
Visited the ER with severe pneumonia and quite possibly secondary infection. Dr. Hodgson was quick to see the seriousness of my condition and had a thorough discussion of my options, ie treat at home or be admitted. He listened very well to my concerns of both options and chose the best route for me with excellent medication choices that knocked out my infection thoroughly and reasonably quick. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor, who is obviously very busy in the ER but still prioritizes and succeeds at giving his best to each patient. My wife and I are both highly grateful to have come in during his shift. Thank you, Dignity Health, for having this caliber of doctor available for our times of need.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
