How likely are you to recommend Dr. Mendez Allwood?
Dr. Mendez and his nurse Michelle are extremely communicative, responsive and professional. Dealing with the front office at the clinic is a nightmare. Only Michelle can make points for Dr. Mendez. Knowing this,I always ask for her immediately and am still put on hold, most recently for 10 minutes while listening to ads for the practice and even being asked for charitable contributions. Finally, my call is answered and I am told I need to speak to Michelle I know! Put on hold again!
