I met Dr Pfeiffer at the Tarzana Emergency room last week. She was a breath of fresh air, while there were more than 50+ patients there with various urgencies, she was calm, collected, had a sense of humor, was relatable, she listened, was thorough, knowledgeable and caring. All with going in and out of seeing multiple patients. She really made an impact and It was such a pleasure knowing her. While I hope I don't go to the ER, if I ever find my way there, I hope its under her care. Thank you Dr. Pfeiffer!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
