How likely are you to recommend Dr. Carlos Jr?
Dr. Carlos, was very easy to understand as to explaining my condition. Not only is he the best in his field, but he is humble and thorough. He takes his time with you, and never in a hurry. My open heart was somewhat of an emergency on a holiday. He brought in staff and did the surgery on Saturday.
