How likely are you to recommend Dr. Inouye?
Doctor Inouye performed a nephrostomy on me when I was dying from renal failure related to my cancer. Dr. Inouye saved my life and did so with the highest level of surgical skill and genuine empathy. It is rare to come across a doctor who practices medicine at the level of Dr. Inouye, and by that I mean someone who not only performs the procedures flawlessly, but does it with an awareness, kindness, and patience that is too often lacking. Too many doctors seem impatient or egotistical these days and that nervous tension and or arrogance gets transmitted to their patients. The exact opposite is true of Dr. Inouye who makes you feel safe in his hands, smiles like a caring father, and never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. On a scale of five stars I give him six.
