Amazing doctor! I have struggled with chronic pain for about 18-24 months. I’ve seen every kind of specialist under the sun and had multiple CT scans, an MRI, a body scan, an ultrasound, blood work, PT, and an injection. Oh yeah, they threw in a couple of cancer scares along the way, too. I saw Dr. Swayze in Lex today. He spent 2-3 hours with me. He reviewed my previous tests/images. It is by far the most comprehensive health exam that I’ve ever had. AND, he has answers!! He even explained the medical issues in terms that I can understand ?? I had a very focused injection today that gave me immediate relief. It will wear off in a few hours, but the steroids should start working in a few days. It is the first time that I have been pain free in nearly 2 years; I am giddy! His office staff is VERY nice, too. I highly recommend Dr. Swayze.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
